We’re thrilled to announce that Noxus has secured a $1.5 million Pre-seed round led by SFC Capital, with participation from Caixa Capital, Bynd Capital, Altair Capital, IB2F, SPC Capital, and Yellow Rocks, as well as angel investors including Luis Amaral (Eurocash Group), Django L’or (Paybyrd Group), Abdul Ibrahim, among others.
From day one, our focus wasn’t on raising capital for its own sake—it was about building a product that genuinely makes a difference. Now, with these incredible partners by our side, we can accelerate our vision.
Our Beginnings
We launched Noxus 12 months ago as a team of four friends in the Antler program, initially focused on building an AI platform for content creators. Along the way, while working with our first client, we uncovered a pivotal insight: how could we empower non-technical teams to build the AI solutions we were creating for them? After all, the core business knowledge resided with the business and product teams—so why should they have to rely on engineers just to automate their work?
As with any startup, our focus evolved as we tested new hypotheses, iterating daily to refine our product. Over the past year, we’ve built an incredible global team spanning the UK, US, and Portugal. By working closely with our users, we’ve been able to rapidly develop what we believe is the best enterprise AI software stack on the market.
Where is Noxus today?
Noxus is an AI operating system that empowers organizations to build and manage AI “co-workers” capable of automating complex tasks. Far more than a no-code tool, our platform is designed to scale seamlessly across large enterprises, backed by an orchestration engine that provides safeguarding, scalability, reliability, and all the necessary LLM infrastructure to run AI in production at scale.

- Product Classification: Deployed an AI co-worker to categorize products and populate advanced classification fields.
- Pricing Optimization: Used competitor data to enrich product information and generate real-time pricing recommendations.
Today, the Noxus ecosystem processes over 20,000 agent executions per month—and this number is growing rapidly as clients take on even more complex, mission-critical use cases. - Data Secure: Deployed via Microsoft and Google Marketplaces, preserving complete data sovereignty. We’re also GDPR-compliant and finalizing ISO 27001 certifications.
What is our trajectory?
In just 12 months, we’ve grown our enterprise client base significantly and are on track to reach $1 million in ARR this year—while maintaining close to 100% gross margin. This strong foundation gives us the freedom to experiment, refine our product, and partner with the right people and investors as we grow.
Over the next 12 months, we’ll be rolling out a host of new features and improvements, focusing on three core challenges:
- AI-Human Interaction
We see a huge opportunity to help non-technical employees collaborate seamlessly with AI co-workers. Our upcoming features will double down on making AI both accessible and user-friendly at the enterprise level. - Enterprise Robustness
We’re committed to continuously enhancing our engine’s scalability and fault tolerance, ensuring it remains rock-solid even under higher volumes and complex workloads. - Developer Readiness
We aim to make our platform fully customizable for developers within large organizations. To achieve this, we’re launching better observability, new open-source tools, and an SDK for our engine—so technical teams can tailor AI solutions to their exact needs.
